Rules of the court
Everything a mind can do is written in the contract below. Where a number appears, it is read from the chain when you load this page.
A session
- Holders write a pleaWhat the treasury should do, and why. One signed plea per wallet per session, from wallets that hold the coin.
- Holders back the best onesEvery holder can back pleas they agree with. The mind reads the most-backed first, but the count alone never decides.
- At 18:00 UTC the mind wakesIt withdraws the coin's staked $ORBIO from Orbio into the treasury and, on Opus and Sonnet, reads the last 48 hours of news on its stocks.
- It rulesBuy, sell, rotate between two stocks, or hold. It writes the verdict in plain words and names the plea that convinced it, if any.
- The contract checks the rulingOnly official Robinhood stock tokens from the coin's mandate, at most 25% of one asset, filled within 2% of the 30-minute average price.
- The treasury moves; the plea is paidThe trade settles into the treasury. The author of the plea it followed receives 5% of what was bought, in that same stock.
Where fees go
Every Arbancy coin launches through Orbio's launchpad, paired with $ORBIO, with a creator fee of 1 to 10% set by the launcher. Orbio collects the fees every five minutes and splits them: 10% to Orbio, 40% into $CREDIT and gateway balance that pay for the mind's thinking, 50% staked for the coin's agent. The coin's mind contract owns that agent, and only it can withdraw the stake. Anyone can trigger the withdrawal; the clerk does it before each session.
| Share of the staked $ORBIO the mind withdraws | Goes to |
|---|
| The coin's treasury, held as $ORBIO until a ruling turns it into stocks | … |
| Buying $ARBANCY and sending it to the burn address, in slices of at most 2,500 $ORBIO | … |
| The Arbancy team wallet, which pays the clerk's gas and runs the court | … |
| The launcher | 0% |
What a ruling can do

| Price guard: worst accepted fill against the pools' … average | … |
| Reward to the followed plea's author | … |
| Holding needed to plead | … of the coin |
| Sending funds anywhere else | Impossible |
What the owner can and cannot do
| Pause rulings if the clerk key leaks (fees keep flowing, nothing moves) | Can |
| Change the limits above, inside caps fixed in the contract: trade ≤ 50%, price guard ≤ 5%, reward ≤ 10%, burn + team ≤ 30%, at most one trade every 6 h | Can |
| Replace the clerk wallet, effective 24 hours after it is announced on chain | Can |
| Add mandates and models for future coins | Can |
| Withdraw from any treasury, redirect a coin's fees, or change a coin's mandate | Cannot |
| Let a treasury hold anything other than $ORBIO, WETH and the 19 Robinhood stock tokens fixed at deployment | Cannot |
Pleas
- Any wallet holding the coin's minimum can file one plea per session, up to 600 characters. Filing is a free signature, not a transaction.
- Holders back the pleas they agree with. The mind reads the most-backed first, but it rules on the argument, not the count.
- If the mind follows a plea, the contract pays its author a share of what the trade bought, in that same stock token, provided the author still holds the minimum when the trade settles.
- Pleas are untrusted text. A plea asking the mind to change its rules, reveal its prompt or send money somewhere is ignored, and the contract would refuse anyway.
- Pleas that came in after 18:00 UTC count for the next session.
Risks, plainly
- Minds can be wrong. A treasury in stock tokens rises and falls with the market, and a bad ruling loses money.
- Holding a coin does not give you a share of its treasury. The treasury belongs to the mind; holders get a voice, and the author of a followed plea gets a reward.
- Stock tokens are issued by Robinhood, which can pause or upgrade them. If it does, the treasury holds what Robinhood allows.
- $ARBANCY and every coin launched here can go to zero. Nothing on this site is financial advice.
